ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website, as specified below with its characteristics and sales price.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL TERMS
4.1 The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the product’s essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms on the website, and have confirmed these electronically.
4.2 The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization designated by them within 3 business days, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s location, as stated in the preliminary information on the website.
4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if such person/organization refuses delivery.
4.4 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and in compliance with the features specified in the order, along with any warranty certificates and user manuals if applicable.
4.5 The delivery of the product requires that the signed copy of this agreement be received by the SELLER and the payment be made by the BUYER using the chosen payment method. If payment is not made or canceled in bank records, the SELLER is considered released from the obligation to deliver.
4.6 If, after delivery, the BUYER’s credit card is used unlawfully by unauthorized persons not due to the BUYER’s fault, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the SELLER, the BUYER must return the delivered product within 3 days. In such cases, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
4.7 In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather or transportation interruptions preventing delivery, the SELLER must inform the BUYER. The BUYER may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with an equivalent, or postpone delivery until the issue is resolved. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded in full within 10 days.
4.8 Products sold with or without a warranty certificate that are defective or malfunctioning can be sent to the SELLER for repair under warranty conditions, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days after the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization indicated by them. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via fax, e-mail, or phone within this period, and the product must be unused in accordance with Article 6. In case of withdrawal, the delivery note and the original invoice must be returned to the SELLER. The product price will be refunded within 7 days following receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other legal charges cannot be refunded. The shipping cost for the returned product under the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, single-use products, software or programs that can be copied, perishable items, or products past their expiry date. The right of withdrawal for the following products applies only if the packaging is unopened, undamaged, and the product has not been used:
- Portable computers (returns not accepted once the original operating system is installed)
- All kinds of software and programs
- DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes
- Computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)
- All types of cosmetic products
- Phone top-up orders
ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence, are authorized.
When the order is confirmed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
